Fly Girls' Guides was born from the foundation of The Aviation Collective, a company dedicated to up-leveling aviation company culture and professional development, putting those concepts into practice in a practical way.
Our movement elevates aviation by championing the women who shape it. We believe every woman with a passion for the skies deserve access to the opportunities, connections and knowledge to help her career take flight.
Through community, mentorship and education, we're creating pathways for women at every stage of their aviation journey.
We carry forward a commitment to transforming aviation culture and professional development. What started as one woman's vision to open more doors in aviation has become a collective effort to lift up the next generation.

Our Story
I’m René Banglesdorf, host of Fly Girls’ Guide to Aviation Careers and a lifelong champion for women in this industry. I’ve built multi-million dollar companies, served on the FAA’s Women in Aviation Advisory Board, and coached high-performing leaders around the world with one mission: to open more doors for women in aviation.
From the cockpit to the control tower, I’ve seen the incredible careers this field can offer and the barriers that still exist. That’s why, on this show, I sit down with women from every corner of aviation—pilots, mechanics, executives, engineers, air traffic controllers, and more—to share their stories, advice, and career-defining moments.
